In relation to the business or product sales, the Direct Sellers (hereinafter referred to as B-Hive Brand Partner (BBP)) of B-Hive Health and Wellness Private Limited agree to the following terms: 1. Promotion & Sales BBPs must actively promote and sell the company’s products across India. The Company and its Sales Team will provide necessary support. 2. No Office Expense Coverage The Company will not reimburse or bear any office or establishment expenses of BBPs. 3. Exclusivity Clause BBPs must exclusively promote B-Hive products. Associating with or promoting similar/competing products will lead to immediate suspension/termination of the BBP ID without notice. 4. BBP ID Usage BBPs must use their BBP ID for all transactions and communications with the Company. The BBP ID and password must be kept secure. 5. KYC & PAN Submission Failure to provide KYC and PAN details within 3 months of registration will result in suspension or termination of the BBP ID without prior notice. 6. Integrity & Conduct BBPs must maintain ethical conduct, respect others, and preserve the integrity of the Company and its network. 7. Compliance with Laws BBPs must comply with all applicable company rules and government regulations (state, central, and local). 8. Policy Changes The Company may modify its policies, terms, products, or business plan at any time, with or without notice. Such changes will be binding from the date of update. 9. Unlawful Practices Prohibited BBPs must not engage in deceptive, misleading, or unlawful trade practices. 10. No Manipulation Allowed Any attempt to manipulate the business plan, product pricing, volume, or incentives will result in strict action. 11. Meeting Responsibilities BBPs are responsible for arranging meetings/seminars, securing necessary permissions, and bearing all related expenses. 12. Single BBP Code Per PAN Only one BBP code will be issued per PAN. BBPs agree to abide by the Company’s compensation plan and policies. 13. Freelancer Status BBPs operate as independent freelancers and cannot create any obligations or liabilities for the Company. 14. No Representation or Collection Authority BBPs are not agents or employees of the Company and cannot accept payments on its behalf. 15. Accuracy of Information BBPs must provide accurate information. False declarations will invite action from the Company. 16. Regular Updates BBPs must visit the Company’s official website regularly to stay updated on policies and notices. 17. Earnings Disclaimer Income or incentives are based on product sales volume and are subject to eligibility. No fixed earnings are promised. 18. Statutory Deductions Incentives are subject to applicable taxes and statutory deductions. 19. Charges Deduction Any processing or other charges will be deducted as per Company policies. 20. Unethical Behavior Misleading, defaming, or misbehaving with the Company or its network will result in immediate suspension/termination of the BBP ID. 21. Modifications by Company The Company retains the right to modify terms, plans, or policies without notice. Changes will be effective from the date of publication. 22. In Case of Death Upon a BBP’s death, their nominee or one legal heir (with consent of all others) may continue the BBP ID. If no agreement is reached within 6 months, the Company may terminate the ID.
